A natural corollary to multi-disciplinary perspectives is respect for others' opinions. Management can not be dictatorial for true innovation to flourish. A great idea comes from anywhere and anyone. The old atelier models of the past do not create an environment of creativity and risk taking. They encourage mimicry and the status quo. Needfinding and Market Research

Our process focuses on not only quantitative market research and analysis, but more importantly, the qualitative, needfinding required to truly understand how your customers think and feel. Our job is to uncover the implicit insights that will revive and drive new customer adoption and revenue growth.

Project Definition

Products and services tend to fail at production, not due  to poor implmentation, but of poor planning. The product fit, technology solution, or projected vs. real demand adoption are examples of poor planning and product definition, not poor execution. We strive on getting the "aim" right before investing heavily in the "shoot". It's surprising how a little bit more invested in this stage of the process tends to lead to large successes later on. 

Ideation

When was the last time your team was honestly creative? Versus trying to execute on the boss' vision? On expanding boundaries, "yes, and" rather than limiting them "we tried that last year." We pride ourselves in a creative culture, where our ideation showcases our diversity of thought and inclusion of wild ideas. 

Product Development

Design and developement in the product space is the happy marriage between design and engineering. Further it is understanding the inevitable tradeoffs between the two disciplines that makes product design an "art" rather than a science. Translating customer requirements into functional ones, and then understanding the impact of various engineering approaches can make or break a successful product launch. 

Testing and Implementation

How can our product development process guarantee great customer experiences? Through our use of low fidelity prototyping and rapid iteration. Our testing and feedback modeling provide you with data much earlier in the process, amongst real customers, which can inform your implmentation plan before any hard development dollars are spent. This knowledge can reduce the risk in your implmentation plans, and provide certainty where its needed most.
